Policy Review and Formulation Seminar

August 2-3, 2023

MIC Tech Law was invited to the Department of National Defense for an in-house training on Policy Review and Formulation, at Harolds Evotel in Diliman, Quezon City on August 2-3, 2023.

Atty. Brady De Castro and Atty. Nikki Mendez participated in the event as expert resource persons. For day 1, Atty. Brady discussed the principles and procedures on Modern Agency
Rulemaking, shedding light on contemporary approaches to policy-making within government agencies.

For Day 2, Atty. Nikki Mendez addressed the topic of Policy: From Implementation to Adaption, covering the process of policy implementation and adaptation. The use of social media and information technology for enhancing the quality and efficiency
of the rulemaking process was also discussed.

More than Thirty officers and personnel from the various DND units participated in the event, making it a well-attended and engaging gathering.
